I first met Darcy at an open house she held in my neighborhood. I saved the flyer she had given me and business card thinking if I decided to buy or sell that she was someone who I would want to call. Later on a home became available in a neighborhood that I loved - so, I thought of Darcy and made an impromptu call to her in the middle of the day on a Saturday knowing she may be busy and also was not just around the corner and may not want to drive the distance. No, not the case, she said "Sure" she would make time for me even though she was in the middle of buying a car. We did not take that house but did find another one and just closed on Friday Oct 16th. Darcy was always available at all times during the buying process and kept me informed about loan process and kept in contact with the lender and title company to keep me informed and make sure everything was done on time and the way it should be. Darcy goes above and beyond and gives of her time & knowledge throughout the process.
